Surf & Turf Legacy Fund
What is it?
The Surf and Turf legacy fund is an endowment-like tool that provides ongoing financial support to InterVarsity staff. The goal is to have a principal of one million dollars that would generate at least $50,000 in earnings per year. The principle is invested and continues to grow while the interest is used as grants.
Why is it Needed?
Funding for staff has historically been based on individual donor networks, but that system makes it difficult for us to hire and retain gifted staff if they do not have enough contacts to fund their ministry or if they are working on campuses without robust alumni bases, such as campuses that have new ministry.

The Surf and Turf Region serves students on college campuses in central California and southern Nevada, with over 20 chapters on 14 campuses. Our staff work to develop, pastor and grow students in their relationships with Jesus and as missional leaders in God's kingdom.

Surf & Turf Scholarship Account
The Surf and Turf Region offers several camps, conferences, urban programs, global programs and student leadership retreats to disciple and grow college students. All money donated to our scholarship account will go toward helping student costs to attend these events.
